Client Cancellation Voluntarily
In the case where the client voluntarily seeks to terminate the business relationship with the FSP, a confirmation will be sent to the client within 5 working days and we will ensure all business is concluded or handed over to the new advisor as requested by yourself.
Client Removal
We, as the FSP, will confirm the notification to terminate the business relationship with the FSP in writing, providing reasons for this, as well as an appropriate notice period (30 days). We will ensure all outstanding business is concluded or handed over to the client. We will also refer you to obtain Financial Services elsewhere.
