Compliance monitoring and oversight is undertaken by an external, independent ,3rd party organisation – The Business Apothecary. The Business Apothecary is a compliance monitoring company, registered with the FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority). They are located within South-Africa. They ensure that we are kept compliant in accordance with the constantly changing legislation.
