Our History

The company was established in 1996 by Dave Pohl, who brought with him years of exposure, experience and success in the financial services sector. The company's vision and commitment to service excellence was the key driver to our organic growth over the first seven years. As the financial sector and our clients’ needs evolved, we saw the need to grow the organisation and expand our capacity and services offerings. This need forced a radical rethink on our approach and a decision was taken to pursue acquisitions of similar businesses like ourselves to keep pace with the growing market and our client demands.
